This is by no means a new way of training, but was first established back in the 1950’s by Reg Park.  Arnold Schwarzenegger often refers to Reg as his childhood idol and his greatest inspiration and influence.

The cornerstone of his, and our training, was a healthy diet of compound movements utilising dumbbells, barbells and body weight movements.

This is the most effective way to build strength in a way that respects the way your body is designed to move.

In other words, we train the body as the machine, not with machines. We train movements, not muscles.

Doing things this way will help you in whatever it is you want to do in life, whether it’s looking better, competing in a sport, carrying shopping bags around or playing with your kids.
