Buy SIGNING UP you warrant that to the best of your knowledge and belief you are in good health, are not knowingly incapable of engaging in either active or passive exercise and that such exercise would not be detrimental to your health, safety, comfort, well-being or physical condition.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to seek medical advice and clearance before engaging in any exercise at the Engine Room Gym and should you have any concerns over your physical condition or health you will advise us immediately should these circumstances change.
After having read this and knowing these facts you agree to hold harmless, waive and release the Engine Room Gym, its employees and coaches from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, or claims of any kind arising out of your participation in the Engine Room Gym training and programs.
Please Note.
Your monthly subscription is not a set number of training sessions but a fee that secures your booked time slot for the month.
Missed training sessions can be rescheduled within the following week, given the availability of space, but will not be accrued further.
Clients subscriptions are not transferable.
Training sessions will be just under an hour in length.
Sessions will not be extended (unless time is available) due to the lateness of the client or due to interruptions caused by the client.
